Delivery Details

We know you want your new furniture delivered as soon as possible and our delivery charges are kept as low as possible allowing you to receive your goods in perfect condition.

Delivery Costs:

Most of our furniture is delivered free of charge. By clicking on the More Info tab of any piece of furniture, you will be able to see the delivery cost of that particular item.

We will endeavour when possible to deliver your goods within 7 – 21 days, earlier if we possibly can. Upon receipt of order you will receive a telephone call or email within one working day with a provisional delivery date, once we receive confirmation by return we will then schedule delivery.

Non Delivery due to customer’s unavailability:

After we or our carriers have made reasonable attempts to deliver your furniture, we reserve the rights to charge any additional delivery costs incurred by Suffolk Furniture.

Deliveries will be carried out either by ourselves or via a carrier. The delivery driver will require a signature to state that the goods have been received in good condition.

In the unlikely event that the goods are damaged please read the following;

Damaged Goods:

When goods are delivered, please check carefully on arrival that the packaging is intact and the goods have arrived in good condition. Please sign “received in good condition” accordingly. If however, there are signs of damage please CLEARLY mark the delivery note “damaged” accordingly. If this is not done correctly, it can affect the claim with our carriers.

Please note: all deliveries must be signed for as either received in good condition or damaged - There is no option to sign goods unchecked.

Refunds Policy:

Our refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights. Refunds may take up to 10 working days to process, all refunds are payable by cheque.
